This map and webpage was prepared by Bruce Haupt in April 2018, under the expert tutelage of Boyd Shearer, as part of the New Maps Plus program created by the University of Kentucky Department of Geography.

QGIS 3.0.2 on Windows 10 was used to develop the map with data acquired from the USGS National Map Small-Scale Collection.
